Marinated Lamb Shoulder Chops
Ingredients
- 4 Atkins Ranch Shoulder Chops
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp fresh chopped rosemary or 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Method

- Make marinade by combining garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, lemon juice and zest, and olive oil.
- Pour marinade over the lamb chops, covering completely on both sides.
- Cover and marinate chops in fridge for minimum of 1 hour.
- Grill lamb chops on medium high heat on each side for approximately 5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the cut and desired doneness.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
